Programs and events may occasionally change due to weather, attendance, or operational needs. Please review the information below for details regarding cancellations and refund eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
Historic London Town and Gardens (London Town) reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter any program. We will confirm schedule changes via the email address provided at registration. If the program takes place Wednesday-Sunday, you may also check this website for museum closure information.
Refund Eligibility
In the event that you are unable to attend a program for which you have registered, and your request is received by London Town with more than 7 days notice, you will be issued a 75% refund. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you will forfeit your ticket and its associated cost. To request a refund, please email londontown@historiclondontown.org or call 410-222-1919 x200 during regular business hours.
