Rent Our Covered Outdoor Space for Group Gatherings

Nestled along the scenic South River, our open-wall pavilion offers a beautiful outdoor setting for gatherings of up to 150 guests during our open hours. This ADA-accessible space features 10 picnic tables, electrical access (8 outlets), and a peaceful garden backdrop—perfect for family celebrations, reunions, and group outings.

The total number of guests is limited to the maximum capacity of the reserved shelter (150 people). Visitors reserving any shelter for a public event (excluding a family celebration, reunion, company picnic, ect…) MUST contact London Town staff in advance to provide the event information and receive approval for the event. A permit may be revoked for public events not approved prior to the arrival date. Each person must check in at the Visitor’s Center and pay the individual Group Rate fee.
 
Cancellation Policy
Historic London Town and Gardens (London Town) reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter any program. We will confirm schedule changes via the email address provided at registration. If the program takes place Tuesday – Saturday, you may also check this website for museum closure information.

Refunds
In the event that you are unable to use your reserved day for which you have registered, and your request is received by London Town with more than 7 days notice, you will be issued a 75% refund. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, you will forfeit your reservation and its associated cost.
