A private, climate-controlled setting designed for productive gatherings, from team retreats to educational programs. With semi-waterfront views, our Multipurpose Room sets the stage for a board or staff retreat, lecture, or workshop. Available during London Town’s normal hours of operation, Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 4pm.

Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking (refunded after your event). Your reservation and cost will be finalized after all details are confirmed with our event staff.

Additional Rental Information:
• We also offer AV capabilities, including screen, projector, microphone, and speakers.
• Tables, chairs, a podium, and linens are also included.
• Responsible person (18 years of age or older) must register and must be a member of the party for the entire day.
• Alcohol is not permitted in the rental our rentals at this time.
• Max number of people: up to 45*
*For meetings and conferences, the Multipurpose Room can be arranged in theater style to hold up to 45 people, or in boardroom style for 25 people.
